With plans of further growth the company is looking for experienced and professional travel agents.
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Australia or overseas as a Travel Agent.
- Amadeus GDS experience – must.
- Professional attitude towards daily tasks, clients and colleagues.
- Ability to learn new things quickly and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to make sales to new and regular clients.
- Daily jobs include serving clients in person and on phone, creating bookings, pricing, issuing tickets and selling travel insurance.
- Issuing invoices and ability to use CRM system
- Communication with airlines and consolidators.
- Work full time Mon – Fri and sometimes on Saturdays.
- Positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
- Multi tasking while maintaining attention to detail.
